Hatha Yoga, Paris. The classes of Hatha Yoga, Paris, are taught by Sandra Meixner, who has qualified with a diploma from Tapovan Institute. Sandra Meixner has practised Hatha Yoga for 16 years and meditation for 8 years. She has a diploma from the Tapovan Institut of Yoga and Ayuvéda in Paris, as a teacher of Hatha Yoga as of July 2002.  She had taken a two year practical and theoretical course of Hatha Yoga with Lav Sharma, who is an Indian teacher from the Kaivalyadharma Institute in Lonavia. Since 1999 Sandra has also followed a spiritual practice at the Centre Bouddhiste de l’Ile de France where she gives her classes on Friday evenings. As well as hatha yoga and meditation in Paris she also takes classes in Qi Quong and dance at the Temps du Corps.
